Refund Policy

Important

All payments (ZIP download €20, AI Agent €10) are processed by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record. Refund requests must be submitted directly to LemonSqueezy.

When refunds apply

Refunds are considered only in these cases:

  • Inability to download the ZIP — you paid for the ZIP but could not download due to a documented technical issue on our side.
  • Accidental double charge — you were charged twice for the same order.

When refunds do not apply

  • You successfully downloaded the ZIP (digital product delivered).
  • You dislike the design/content — you can edit everything in the editor.
  • You request a refund for AI Agent after it was used to generate content.

How to request a refund

  1. Find your LemonSqueezy receipt email (order confirmation).
  2. Submit a request via LemonSqueezy support: lemonsqueezy.com/help or the support link in your receipt.
  3. Include the order ID and the reason (ZIP download issue / double charge).
  4. LemonSqueezy reviews and processes refunds back to the original payment method.
