1. Acceptance
By using JustDeploye you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Service
JustDeploye provides website templates that you can edit online and (optionally) download as a ZIP. Editing in the editor is free; payments apply only to optional features (see Pricing policy below).
3. Pricing policy
- Template editing: free in the online editor (text, images, preview).
- AI Marketing Agent: €10 one-time per template — generates copy based on your answers.
- Download ZIP: €20 one-time per template — static website + legal pages + deploy instructions (README-deploy.txt).
- AI + Download: up to €30 per template (two separate payments: €10 + €20).
No subscriptions or recurring charges. All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy.
4. AI Marketing Agent
- The Agent generates content from your inputs. You review and edit the result before publishing; you remain responsible for the final content.
- Templates do not support every feature (e.g., video uploads, e‑commerce, online bookings). The Agent must not promise unsupported functionality.
- Legal texts generated are templates and must be adapted to your business; they are not legal advice.
- AI activation (€10) does not include the ZIP download (€20).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe third‑party rights.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy (Merchant of Record). We do not store card details on our servers.
7. Intellectual property
Templates are licensed for use for the site you download. You may modify them. Reselling the templates “as-is” is not allowed.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee sales, SEO rankings, conversions or ROI. We are not liable for indirect damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page.
